Charles H. Elston Legal Collection is now open for research

The Eva G. Farris Special Collections, Steely Library, Northern Kentucky University is pleased to announce that the Charles H. Elston Legal Collection is now open for research access. This unique collection includes correspondence, legal documents, court records, news clippings, and photographic materials pertaining to the legal and political career of Cincinnati attorney and Congressional Representative Charles H. Elston. It contains trials records and news clippings documenting the murder trial of George Remus and Elston’s role in the defense of Remus.

The Special Collections and Archives Reading Room is open Monday-Friday from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. and at other times by appointment.
